This is so true. If your Bajaj RE 4s is a carb type, most of your headaches are due to the carb setting. The RE doesn't have an RPM gauge so you have to do this by ear, how the engine sounds (fast or slow). I haven't done the tuning by myself yet but this video really is very comprehensive. This is most likely to be an issue with the carburettor or fuel flow. I’d recommend giving it a thorough clean and replace the jets if necessary. I would also ensure the fuel filter is replaced.
