- OPEN ME!: Last week got off to a great start with two cozy evenings writing for Days 17 and 18 of Camp NaNoWriMo. I started off the week with two days in a row of above average word counts, setting me up for a great rest of the week (which you'll see in the next vlog). Very lactose intolerant so cheese is a rare treat for me. 🧀🐭
I'm a little intolerant but cheese seems to be okay, soft cheese like Brie I take a lactaid just to be safe. But I miss being able to drink regular milk at coffee shops lol. I get lactose free at home but I haven't had a proper coffeeshop latte in years.
Cheese is the best thing ever!! My heart is full of gratitude towards the person back in the olden days who discovered that you can make cheese from milk. I couldn't imagine my life without cheese 😂 ⚘️⚘️

I have been using notion for character profiles and it’s been so handy. It won’t pull the info, but it’s pretty neat how it lays out the info.
I've seen some good Notion tutorials for writers. It seems like a good product!

I go through half a jar of parm everytime LOL. I did 1,565 words the last few days and my hip is not liking it lol but I know the rest of the week is too hot. I do cheat sheets every story instead of outline, it's easier. oo cards are a good idea! I know excel very well but the small grid hangs me up lol. I just had a good scene for a story and totally forgot before I published and now don't know what it was lol.
I definitely think I'm going to spend some of the summer building out index cards for all my characters. It will take a lot of time but it will be worth it.
You're doing so well! I am a big cheese fan, too, but I can't eat a lot as dairy isn't my friend - I save all the dairy I can have for cheese 🤣

The way you explain it sounds like a smaller scale private search engine like google. It sounds interesting.
Yeah, that's kind of what I envision. Like ChatGBT has learned to write based on all the data it's been fed, so you can tell it "write me a X" and it spits it out. I want an AI bot (essentially) that I can feed in all my stories, the final draft of each document, and then I can ask it things like "are there any characters named Joe" and it can say "no" or "you mentioned Joe on page 294 of A Brave Start" or "the name Joe appears 140 times across two books". Or I can ask it to give me a description of Eleanor and it can pull together a description of that character based on all the ways she's been described in books or pull up all the quotes where I described her. Stuff like that. That way, instead of painstakingly building a bible for each series, I create a universe of all my books that can be searched or asked questions with AI prompts. I could also have it write character descriptions or settings based on what I've written already so I don't have to start from scratch. I don't think this is a wild idea, so someone is going to do this and make a ton of money from the writing community lol. But you heard it here first!
