I mean, I think we can all agree that there were some countries that flat out hid the extent of deaths they had. So not sure, how accurate (although still sad) this is.

And also, I don’t know about every other country but in the United States there were so many who died of sicknesses that were not Covid, but doctors counted it as a Covid death.

Here in the UK the government had this weird system for deaths where if you died within 28 days of having a positive Covid test, they'd put Covid as a reason on the death certificate.
Even if you were walking and got hit by a car, Coronavirus would still be listed on your death certificate!

@@ashleybaltz4584 If covid is a contributing factor it can be counted as a covid death. Kind of like how AIDS is a killer virus, but actually doesn't kill at all, rather it allows other diseases to kill you and it's still counted as an AIDS death.
