The most common ways I’ve heard to loosen up joints are to use a hairdryer to heat it up and then start twisting the joint, some people also use dish soap around the joint I think?

Personally haven’t had to use it, usually just using that joint will eventually loosen it up

I have a suggestion to loosen the leg joint, lubricate the ball with dish soap.
