is there a way to make a person into a Disney character? I know there seem to be either 2 or 3 different characters, the manga, and Disney . seems to have bigger eyes smaller mouth etc.
Yeah there's a few ways that you can do that, I don't have a tutorial out yet, but I'm pretty sure I seen some great ones here on CZcams. :)
Effective. Start: 0:25. I ended at 4:05, as I didn't need the border / bubble. I may even dial back to 3:27, as I was happy with the posterized look at that point. I'll be looking for some text-based tutorials next. Bookmarked this video to share and for future reference. Thanks!

Let me say that I appreciate your effort a lot.. but speaking from a practical point of view, can't this effect be easily applied on any photo in a blink by using filters from certain mobile apps? Perhaps it would be more useful to use Photoshop for other purposes more complicated than a filter..
Thank you for your feedback. I'm sure this effect and pretty much any other effect on CZcams can be re-created using an app or something similar. This doesn't mean I should not create it in Photoshop... I create easier effects for viewers to learn. Depending on how well they know Photoshop.
