My 7 plus will be finally upgraded to 14 plus. Comparable sizes...reasonable price! Sounds good!

Pre ordered the 14 plus in red today! I haven’t done an upgrade since the 11 came out. Excited for the slightly larger screen
So many reviews, no one even mentioned main "feature" of iphone 14 plus. It very light for that size (in apple world), you can easily carry it in the pocket (if it fit), and hold it in one hand. It is Much more considerable in real live than optical zoom and 120hz(iphone 13 has maximum 90 honest to say)

Near the end of the year when all the hype dies down I’m planning on upgrading from my iPhone 11 to the iPhone 14 Plus since I never owned a phone bigger than 6.1 inches and I like how it has one of the longest lasting batteries in an iPhone

I think the 14 pro dynamic island was really a wowing effect for people to buy the pro apple played it smart but at the end of the day it really does nothing different if you think about it just makes it to where the same icons are just around the pill shape. I’m just thinking logically I guess. I’m just happy there is a “Max” model for the regular 14 I also think they named it “plus” even though it’s the same size is so mentally you think it’s inferior to the “Max” even though it’s the same size it actually doesn’t make since if you think back to when they axed the plus name in 2018 with the xs max Phil Schiller said what is bigger than a plus phone we are calling this Max really it’s all marketing and apple played it well this year. I feel people that bought the 13 Pro Max recently just got crapped on imo the 14 Plus is essentially a 13 Pro Max. I’m just happy that either way I go i’ll end up with a “Max” iPhone this year 😂 upgrading from my iPhone 12.
Excatly what I thought about dynamic Island, for a person who doesn't need any extra such as better performing camera and video gimmicks I think iPhone 14 plus is enough for what I truly need everyday. If I have iPhone 13 pro max I would not upgrade to new iPhone 14 pro max because of the pill shape notch.
I have iP12 too and still deciding if I should go 14+ or 13 PM.

I can actually one hand the iPhone 14 with a keyring on the back of it but that is pushing it. I don't think there is any one handing the Plus/Max even with a keyring but I haven' tried to be sure. I'm curious.

14 pro max 240 g vs 14 plus 203 g... for me 14 pro max is too heavy. Same battery life with less weight is fantastic. The only thing i wish iphone 14 plus had is atleast 90hz display.

I feel like a lot of CZcams reviewers are more gushing than reviewing, making them fanboys hoping to get free products rather than being a source of objective info many was hoping to depend on. For example, it was “leaked” the 14’s would have the Qualcomm X65 modem offering 10GB 5G and WiFi6E. Do they?

The only ones to have the new dynamic island is the iphone 14 pro and iphone 14 pro max while the regular iphone 14 and iphone 14 plus will have the smaller notch that can be found on the iphone 13 lineup
I’m late on this but I think the 14 plus is a better deal. I currently have the 13 pro and I want a bigger screen. I don’t see any big differences for $200 extra. I think the dynamic island is a “wow factor” and I don’t see a difference between 60 and 120hz last years chip is perfectly capable. And will be for years. If you don’t care about the plus I’d say get the 12 or 13 tbh.

Apple needs to get a lot of credit for not increasing the prices. Everybody expected a $100 increase minimum and all of those experts were incorrect. These two phones are just fine and for a great price!

Why still no WiFi6E, which is current technology? Anyone buying a Pro model most likely has or will soon have a WiFi6E router. How does it make one feel to spend upwards of over $1,000 for a phone that you may keep 3-4 years that doesn’t come with current WiFi tech out the box?

Watching this on my Galaxy S21 Plus.
Ditching my Samsung because it decided it was wet and won't charge with a cable anymore ( It never was even near water). I've had samsungs since the galaxy series released and I am bored of them and ready to move on. Just ordered the 14 Plus yesterday, we will see how it goes.

The mini is a great phone and the 13>12. There are many customers who prefer the smaller iPhone but I guess not enough to justify the bottom line.

They also aren’t showing what it looks to turn it sideways and watch a video (pill size). Apple probably makes these people sign something legal so they can’t talk about certain things, or they don’t get in again. Another is, in pretty much every reviewer video, they have to poke at the island more than once 50% of the time to make it do something.

Just my opinion here but shame on Apple for reusing the a15 chip while increasing the prices. And not really innovating much on the design. Each year, there's less and less incentive to upgrade if you have any model from the 10 series until now.
I believe it still starts at $799 just like last year. Even the Pros, which were rumored to have a price increase, didn't increase its price.
@@markmoncera5010 even if it didn't go up, considering the a15 chip was used and no significant upgrades were made, I feel like the price should have dropped. In my opinion the 14 series is nothing more than a cash grab.
@@crazyfun5150 That's why for someone who is planning to get the iPhone 14/14Plus, they should consider looking at the iPhone 13Pro/13ProMax first. If they can find one in stock in stores/used/refurbished, I think that's a better deal for the money.
@@markmoncera5010 I honestly think something like the 11 pro or pro max are great values too. I was beyond disappointed with the iPhone 12 regular and the iPhone 13 mini. Both had overheating and the 12 had horrible call reception. I'm actually considering getting the iPhone XS because it'll still be updated for a few more years and has that sharp OLED screen. And will save a ton of money. Because you aren't missing out on much with the older premium phones.
