So many things to love about the sloth bear - that animation in the beaver pool is so cute!! - and even more things to love about this build. The Indian Forest sign, the underground tunnel, the commitment to getting the bears to climb over the water!! Safe to say the lack of sleep was worth it ;)

Haven't commented in a while but this zoo is absolutely one of the highlights of my week; I was so excited to see a notification today ❤ loved the habitat and the bears are so freaking cute. Can't wait to see the giraffes!

I have loved this series so much. Finding it and watching all the videos has given me such a huge inspiration for me in my own zoos. I recently have gone through and started renovating my own franchise zoo with a lot of the tips you've been giving throughout this series!

If, like me, you had forgotten dholes were in game (until I saw them on Planet Earth the other day), they would be a great fit if you were looking to expand the Indian Forest even further. They make an appearance in the Jungle Book book too!
I had not forgotten them but I did not know they were in the book! I really should read it one day 😆 There are loads of possibilites for India but to be honest I haven't got any further than the Tigers yet!
@@ZSHplays it’s a good read, but gets very…um…colonial at times (including the dhole chapter if I’m remembering it right!) Difficult to plan an India section with no monkeys - with the sloth bear, we’ve now got all the big stars, but basically no filler!
@@ralphthestick hah, I don’t have an issue with that in books (as long as we’re talking ancient history I hasten to add!), we definitely need more monkeys though!

What a surprise!! a video mid-week. This habitat reminds me of Chester Zoo's sun bear enclosure for some reason. from the TV show that I watched based on the zoo, they look very similar. The detail is crazy. Every video it gets better!

Love the video!! I was thinking you could do a trailer of the whole park at the end with the "Best Cinematics" and all animals. Also have you thought of doing an aquatic area for the last area? I love the zoo and your content so much! Finally I would like to see private enclosures for lions and elephants in Africa, and a comment telling me your ideas for the future of the park maybe the last area or something. Yet I love the zoo and your content 😄🤩I would also love to see bengal tigers, Indian elephants and Indian rhinos in the India Forest. Please comment future ideas of areas cause I can't wait!!
I'll definitely be doing something like at the end, plus a full tour of course! Lions & Elephants are coming. I've spoken about future areas a few times, plans are pretty fluid though

Today I learned that Balou is a sloth bear 😭😂 I always thought he was grizzly type bear, which of course didn't make sense but I figured that's just Disney... You blew my mind and I can't get over it
The book was written by an Englishman who lived in India so the animals are accurate to the area (if not strictly just India ie the Orang) Glad I blew your mind anyway 😆

I'm excited to see the Sloth Bear habitt when you feel you're done with it! It already looks incredible, so I can barely imagine how it's going to look with a bunch of extra time taken.
Also, I really appreciate this episode's Franchise Masters; as someone who made an enormous savannah habitat for their first build, that ended up needing a huge tunnel system for water treatment, I'd given up on the idea of tunnels in habitats, so an easy way to do some smaller scale ones is appreciated! ❤

I think it would be really cool if you did a zoo where instead of the habitat locations being based on the region where the animal lived you positioned them based on the type of animal they were like canines and felines or small mammals. Sorry if you have done this already I’m kinda new
That’s how zoos used to do it, my London Zoo 1985 build is arranged like that, I only have time for 1 zoo sadly!
have you thought about adding the gharials in to this area of the zoo in the future as well as the Indian rhino. absolutely love your videos only recently caught up with this series having finally just got the game my self and thoroughly enjoying playing it

In the gift shop episode, I think you should also go round and add food and drink areas unless you’ve already done that behind the camera
Currently we have the Palm Cafe, the Australian food stop, the indonesian street food and the snack stop in the entrance so quite a lot already

No Elephants as we're having them in Africa & it's incredibly rare to see zoos with both types these days. The Indian Rhino & Gharial is a distinct possibility though!

Amazing video love the new animals. And the habit id absolutely cool. Cant wait for the tigers. And pls if have an area for both the Wildebeest i know you can nail it. And i am so happy that the tigers are here i asked if you can put it in tekton and you said that the zoo is done and might add it on the next zoo now iam so happy the bengal tigers are my most favourite animal

Haha excellent! The recommended pool depth for Sloth Bears is 1 foot so that's what I put in, they certainly won't be diving in that 😆

I think they do that with the posters cause ussually in those warmer climates the movie tapes become undreadeble.
An indonesian film studio was working with a japanese studio called toho once to make a kaiju movie.
They ended up having conflict and split up.
Later toho made the first godzilla movie.
I dont know if that indonesian film was made tho, its probaly lost if it was made.
I think it was just very cheap printing back in the day, Bollywood is worth billions now so the posters are better 😆

I did actually when I first designed the zoo but I decided to go with a a different 'cold' area which will be the final area in the zoo.

i dont think you shoudl build a difrected habitat for the swans i would build a restraunt and a lake looking out with swans?
The swans will be ‘wild’ in a lake, definitely not a habitat animal for me
ZSH Plays, I purchased and installed the new DLC and the update but I can't find any new foliage. I thought when watching your video, you mentioned new plants. I used the filter for Eurasia and there is nothing new in nature or construction. Perhaps only the animals came with the DLC and other things came with the update. If that is the case, is there any way to identify what is new?
It’s called Hosta (think that’s how it’s spelled), it’s a temperate plant
The game is good, but regardless of the system, as the crowd increases and the living space expands, there are slow frame drops. I can't understand why they left it out. Even if they brought FSR, it would be enough.

Dont take this the wrong way, but that habitat is definitely not secure enough. Not against the bears, no. I'm talking about the guest. In the real world a kid would almost 100% climb up one of the rocks and fall in.😅
