Inoltre, bellissima esperienza in un ristorante indiano nella città vecchia, dove ho mangiato ottimi biryani di verdure e ceci al pomodoro! La cheesecake che ho testato (e amato) era però al chococafè lilova, locale kosher ma non vegano 😳... Buona serata!

Confermo per loving hut, in cui ho pranzato in un centro commerciale subito sopra la metropolitana: ho fatto 2 giri, ho praticamente finito tutta la loro scorta di barbabietole e broccoli 😅. Gli altri erano un po' lontani da dove stavo, ma segnalo maitrea e linh's vegan corner (mi pare che tu li conosca bene)!

Mediamente c'è molta più scelta che nelle città italiane... ma perché la ristorazione non si dà una svegliata?
Eh sì, considera che qui c'è un ristorante 100% vegano in ogni quartiere se non di più, e le opzioni vegane sono ovunque. A Palermo ci sono 3 ristoranti in tutta la città e nei ristoranti tradizionali se chiedi opzioni vegane ti portano l'insalata e le patate fritte...
