9:35 The green one is not mexican "guacamole", it looks very similar but it's actually the venezuelan "guasacaca" sauce, a different one made with other ingredients and tasting differently too. The original "guasacaca" has no avocado in it. The traditional old style "guasacaca" looks similar to the argentinian chimichurri bbq sauce. Our cuisine is different to mexican food.
