In six months how does this only have 250 views? What's wrong with this world?

beyonce gets 500 million for pure garbage . This is great and people dont realize Timmons can hang with anyone even great jazz players

Both are such fabulous players but I absolutely love how Mimi plays, she channels the old jazzers. She’s one of my favorite players right now!

This is great! Andy Timmons too...I knew he was working on his jazz chops, and it pays off....everything is there: feel (accents/ swing in spades), note choice, freedom, creativity, vocabulary....

    Simply delightful!
I recently picked up a copy of Arpeggio Studies on Jazz Standards by Mimi Fox (Mel Bay). Giving that a go because Jazz has always mystified me and mesmerized me - so it's like a puzzle I have and want to solve.

What a surprise and a delight finding two of my absolute favorite players playing together. Made my day!

When she looks over at him, around 1:12, and gives him the "how about that little move?" face, I fall to pieces. I think she's just great.

To say that this is "Masterful" is an understatement.

Good try on Andy's part, but he doesn't sound Jazz at all , in particular to Jam with a Jazz great like MiMi. it's a big contrast here.
