- Today I completed the 200 hour service on the Kubota B2650. This took me about 1.5 hours which I've sped up and cut down to about 30 minutes. I'll chapter all the different maintenance items but some were just checking and I did not need to make any adjustments. I'll admit I'm not the most efficient at completing these tasks but you should at least be able to see each procedure. Thanks for watching.

Hi Dave! Luc from Orange is my new Green sent me over. I'm a BX23S owner. Love supporting other small channels like ours. Boy, I love the looks of a tractor with a cab!!
Hi 👋. Luc is a great guy and he is always very supportive of this community. Thank you for the subscribe. I love this tractor but the 23S is very impressive too.
Nicely done Dave. I agree to use OEM fluids and filters while under warranty. It's also good for resale when someone see's regular maintenance receipts using OEM items. You must have forgotten to wiggle the loader stick to release all of the hydraulic pressure after warming the tractor up hence the pop removing the filter. Happy tractoring!
Hi Paul. You are absolutely correct 💯. I didn't know I needed to on this maintenance item. I'm surprised it blew to be honest but also blew out the dip stick which was a surprise. Now I know though and thanks for informing me. I had no clue that would do that. I always release it when attaching different implements and removing the hoses. Didn't think the filter would do this.
Good morning Dave, great video, well done 👍 Thanks for sharing. Have a good one, Ben
Hey, good morning Ben! Thank you very much. Wasn't perfect but it's always a learning experience. Enjoy the weekend.
Great maintenance video Dave, your B2650 looks niceeee 👍🏻. Have a great one 👍🏻🙋🏼♂🙂
Thanks, Luc! Not bad for a 2019. It's nice to be able to do your own maintenance and not pay the dealer a ton of money.
I'm catching up to you neighbor. My LX2610 already has over 100 hours. It's nice having these videos out on YT to see what I'm getting into with maintenance ahead of time.
You are getting some good use, Jim. Hope it helps.
Hello Dave, I bought a used B2650 with the cab with 580 hours. Your video helped me a lot especially in locating where everything is. I'm not sure of how the previous owners did as far as maintenance goes, so I am going to do the filters as well as the fluids. So far the only issues I have found with this tractor, is the PTO display button on the dash does not display the PTO speed (Screen won't switch over) but RPM screen works, and I know the approximate RPM it should be so that's not a big deal, and it looks like the previous owner might have tweaked the front loader a bit because one side is about an inch higher than the other, but the quick attach still works, I just have to triple check that the engagement pins engage into the implements. Thank you for making this video.
Great to hear. You will love that tractor. Thanks for watching and the positive feedback.
Good morning Dave.
Good morning, Gary 🌞
Those little Dewalt impact drivers are so handy. I have 2 of them. I also have 2 20 volt Dewalt drill drivers. I love them. Especially the impact drivers.
Great set of drills. The lithium batteries last forever too. My old nickel batteries would only last about 2 years.
You have an awesome tractor!
I think so too! 😅
I like writing the date and hours on my filters too.
I think it's a good idea. Of course I always have these video vlogs which is super helpful to refer to
Congratulations Dave, 1000 subscribers 😎👍🎉🥳🥂🍻, Ben 👍
Thanks, Ben. I made it! 😁

You should of done the service on my tractor.
I offered. It's still on the table.
I did my 200 hour service last month at 16 months of ownership. How old is your machine?
You put on some serious hours, Steven. I've had this since 2019 😉. Only PTO I've used is for the snowblower till this year. Now I have the chipper so it will get some idle hours added.
