  • Owner/Line: The Prairie Line (TPLX) Spur for Anheuser Busch Brewery
    -Train/Power: SB TPLX Local:
    TPLX 1002 (SW1500, Prairie Line)
-The signal has 26 pairs of Harmon 12×24 inch lights, 6 incandescent McCain traffic beacons, a rotator beacon, and an alarm of some sort.
-The crossing also has two gateless mast signals off screen, both of which have Harmon 12×20 inch lights and General Signals type-3 electronics bells.
Made a trip to St Louis starting today and started out VERY well. Got super lucky with a TPLX/MRS local using the brewery spur and passing all of the private crossings inside the brewery. I was waiting for trucks to come at the Safetran type-1s truck crossing when I heard an EMD bell, I quickly ran over here and saw gates going down at Broadway. I barely made it here in time to get some video of this insane crossing in action. This is quite possibly the biggest railroad crossing signal in the world, having a grand total of 26 pairs of lights! Unfortunately, it doesn't appear they really care enough to maintain them, as most are either dim or blown. There is also a very odd horn noise made when the crossing activates, which I didn't know until this. Almost like Siren Crossing 2.0. Nonetheless very happy to have caught this in action. Also at the very end you can hear one of the Safetran bells at Private Crossing #1 ringing.

I know that cantilever is the world's largest and possibly next genuineness word record for the largest cantilever in the city of Saint Louis, MO.

This cantilever is 230.34 ft/70.21 m! Okeechobee Blvd in West Palm Beach, FL is only 143.21 ft/43.65 m. Stoughton Road is 178.93 ft/54.54 m.

The alarm~sound is reminiscent of the Skull and Crossbones ~ level crossing that once existed in Grenada, Mississippi. Unique in the world. Unfornately there is no video of it, but a virtual reconstruction ! With siren🔊❗ On You Tube. (bnsf50) Short, but 💥Spectacular !

That's kind of disappointing to be honest. Needs better flashers. Probably looks better at night but I assume that trains don't run here at night because it's an industrial lead.
