That's why they're called The Greatest Rock and Roll Band in the World. Even their "disco" music is special.
Brown Sugar, Under My Thumb, Paint it Black, Beast of Burden, She’s a Rainbow
@todd long I think she reacted to that in the spring.
Yessss
I dont mean to be so offtopic but does someone know a way to log back into an Instagram account..?
I stupidly lost my login password. I appreciate any help you can give me!
@Kelvin Kelvin instablaster :)
@Moses Thiago thanks for your reply. I got to the site thru google and Im trying it out atm.
Takes a while so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
One of the funkiest bass lines Bill Wyman ever laid down!!
The Stones were a force of nature...
Are*
Can’t you hear me knocking.
On the window sill ?
This is simply one of the greatest songs ever written.....
Some others worth checking out:
Doo Doo Doo Doo Doo (Heartbreaker)
Beast of Burden
Waiting on a Friend
Shattered
Some Girls
Far Away Eyes
Slave
Angie
Emotional Rescue
Also from the NYC 70s era: "Shattered", with probably the nastiest groove the Stones ever concocted. The song really illustrates how the city was on the verge of collapse back then.
And of course "She's So Cold" should definitely be reacted to.
Now you got my attention. Long live the Yorkville hood!
"Shattered" is from the same album ('Some Girls' 1978) as the song that $cribe just reviewed. And 1978 was *years after* NYC'd been "on the verge of collapse". Besides, I think "Shattered" had the 42nd porno district more in mind.
Shattered,... what does it matter?
Good call
“Can’t You Hear Me Knockin’” is their best jam ever, but this is my favorite Stones album by far.
You are so right!
These guys can do all genre of music.Legends I salute you the rolling stones.
Can't You Hear Me Knocking, Gimme Shelter, Monkey Man, Sympathy for the Devil, Happy, It's Only Rock'n'Roll (but I like it), Satisfaction, it goes on and on .
she already reacted to Sympathy and Gimme 6/7 months ago
Stray Cat Blues
If you liked that then listen to ‘Emotional Rescue’. Also super funky.
One of my favorite songs!
So much from this great band to choose from. Where we start is the beginning and go through the years because they are just that damn good.
Now you're really picking it up. The Stones define Rock and Roll like no one before or since, the drums, guitars, everything...and Mick Jagger on vocals
Stones’ Undercover of the Night. It’s 100% Stones...beat, bassline, riffs & Mick. Need to hear that one big dog.
100% Agree
Some Girls is my favorite album by the Stones. It came out when I was in high school.
emotional rescue by the rolling stones is the cut!!
Dirty, filthy, funky rock n roll.
Beautiful as always... Thanks for the reaction.
React to "Brown sugar "by the Stones, it's a vibe
Thank you so much my wonderful adorable Scribe, Congratulation for your musical choice reaction, you can ring my Bellll ring my bell my bell ding dong ding dong 🔔🔔🔔kissses you 😘 Anthony from Paris France 🇫🇷
We miss you Scribe
Best song and album from the stknes in the last 50 years in my opinion
One of the best songs from the 70s.
In the Stones music vid "Waiting on a Friend," it starts out with Mick Jagger on steps of a building. That building is the cover picture for Led Zep's Physical Graffiti.
What Up SC, not sure what version that was, but it was chopped up, here's a few, JUMPIN' JACK FLASH, SLAVE, SISTER MORPHINE, DEAD FLOWERS, EMOTIONAL RESCUE, ANGIE!
Moonlit Mile, Torn and Frayed, Happy
Certain songs have the power to take you back to a place and time. Miss You does that for me and I was never a big Stones fan. It was 1978 and the first trip to southern California for this Midwestern boy. The beaches, the cars, the women, and this song. It's indelible.
"Heartbreaker" by the Stones - out of this same era.
Nope not from this era, (doo doo doo) Heartbreaker is from Goats Head Soup in 1973, 5 full years before this, it's from the Mick Taylor era, which most consider the Stones best era.
@@greatunz67 I was going by the calendar, not by artistic era. So, I was referring to the 70's.
But, yeah, I understand the lines of demarcation that you're referring to, and you are correct in your statement. Without a doubt.
Very Apropos for today's world. And it rocks!
The Rolling Stones are one badass rock-n-roll band. Check out "Honky Tonk Women", "Brown Sugar", "Dance Little Sister", "Monkey Man", "Bitch", "Angie", "Let It Bleed", "Wild Horses", "Tumbling Dice", "Dead Flowers", "I Just Want to See His Face", "2000 Light Years From Home", "Play With Fire", "Beast of Burden", "Shattered" and so many others.
I suggest you grove to the slightly longer version of this song, there is so much more soul vibe in it, plus whoever made this cut version did it no justice, it breaks up the flow and for some reason there is a whole guitar track missing here where it sprinkles in some ad-lib riffs and dueling rhythm to the one you hear, also a sax solo is missing
There were many versions of this song at the time; a short play radio cut (kinda like what this one is), the LP cut and a few dance and disco club extended versions, but here's the official remastered version identical to the first pressing LP version. czcams.com/video/PKVXSo9ROpg/video.html
Great reaction tho!
Lost count of how many reactors listen to this stuff and declare " I was born in the wrong era" :)
Exactly

Stones the GOATs
Charlie Watts best drummer in rock music. Period. I don't care what anybody says. Charlie's groove is so sweet and so steady that the Stones can weave around it with ease. Keith will tell you all about it...
Such a shame you'd not heard that before!
Been loving that song since I was a teenager over 10 years ago
Rolling Stones As Tears Go By
One of my favorite Stone songs is Harlem Shuffle. Definitely worth a listen.
COver!!
@@johanvanspaandonck4481 I'm aware of that but their version is one of my all time favorites of anything they've done period.
I love watching your reaction to this great song.
Thanks scribe ! Brilliant
You vibin! I'm subscribin!
'Miss You' was written as Mick was reflecting on his divorce from his first wife, Bianca. The Stones' were very good at adapting to musical trends. This disco era gem has survived the trend and survived as another classic from the World's Greatest Rock and Roll Band.
They always were proving that they can do any kind of music and nail it. What a monster band!
New to your channel really enjoying the vids. Great job 👍
NY in the late 70’s and early 80’s was hot and smokin. I was lucky to be working in Manhattan
The Stone's first and only Disco Song.
The Rolling Stones are a deep, deep well of great music!
“Let It Bleed”
I still remember even though I couldn't have been more than 5 or 6 years years old running around the house or running around the bar, in the 70s my parents owned a bar and back then it was cool if your kid strolled into the neighborhood beer joint and got a bag of potato chips a slimjim and a coke and played with the pool table. Anyway, I still remember jumping around oh oh oh oh ooh ooh. Loved this song, probably my all time favorite stones cuts along with Beast of Burden from same album. Also can't forget Fool to cry! Really had a love for that one too.
Charlie smooth snare drum and Bill Wyman bass and Mick iconic voice makes this one of the greatest songs ever
Hey Baby, You know that you played the short version they used to play on the radio..?
The full version they played was over 11 min long with more verses and a another killer guitar solo by Keith Richards and sax solo by Bobby Keys..!
I used to dance to this song in the clubs in So Fla back in the day... Club Nu in Miami Is it still there..? I left Ft. Lauderdale in 1997
You know Mick Jagger is 77yrs.The band is still rocking.Great song👍🏼🎸🎼 .Beast of burden (live).
78 yesterday. Touring USA this year.
All the songs suggested here are great and would be good to react to, but none are from their very early year(s). Along with all those mentioned by others, I hope you'll try a couple from '64-'65. I recommend "Heart of Stone" and "Time Is On My Side".
Under My Thumb, Jumping Jack Flash, Bitch, Brown Sugar, Wild Horses, Tumbling Dice
You picked a great one to start them with! Try "Brown sugar," "Emotional Rescue," "wild Horses,"and "shattered." Can't go wrong with any stones song.
SEE THIS AINT ROCK BABY!!! ITS SOUL MUZIC 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 LOVE THE PUERTO RICAN SHOUT OUT ON THIS TRACK 🇵🇷🇵🇷
Oh, lord. I forgot. This is why there are so many children sired by the Stones. They are just so fantastic. ❤️🙏
sooooo many songs, sooooo little time.... have fun... peace
The greatest rock n roll band ever
Stones - "She's So Cold"
I forgot how good this song is, thanks for reminding me. I Love the Stones since early 60's
"Can't Always Get What You Want" live on the Rolling Stones Rock and Roll Circus is amazing!
Scribe, They are celebrating their fifty years as a rock band.
If You Can’t Rock Me and Fingerprint File are surefire bangers!
This one of my favorites song's it's 🔥
Oh yeeeeah! We’re about to groove now, for sure!🤎🤍✌️✨
This is actually a disco song and was designed to be as that was popular at the time. Other rockers of the moment recorded disco songs such as Rod Stewart and Debbie Harry of Blondie. Most rockers did not however.
Slave, Dance Pt 1, Hot Stuff, Emotional Rescue, Hey Negrita, Fingerprint File are the funkiest cuts
Rolling Stones - You Got the Silver
My dad used to pump quarters into the jukebox at Godfather's pizza just to dance to this song with us when I was 5. thank you for bringing back some fond memories.
I remember when this came out - hanging in the park ( in Philly) at the benches with a boombox blasting this song while we all sang it while line up dancing and sing it -- 1978
“Dance Pt. 2” 🔥
Tumblin' dice, Can't You Hear Me Knockin', and Monkey Man.
Start Me Up, Undercover, Fool To Cry, Waiting On A Friend, Mona, Time Is On My Side, Gimme Shelter, Harlem Shuffle.
The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd; all from England, all legendary (and there's more). The Stones' discography is huge. So many songs to suggest, but try this one: Can't You Hear Me Knocking.
Kobe this song first time I heard this song I 6 and I've been hooked on rock n roll ever since
Rocks Off, Tumbling Dice, Sway, Moonlight Mile, Winter, Midnight Rambler
This shit is a vibe for real! 🔥
They had the same drummer, Charlie Watts for about 50 years and he just died about a week ago.
I don’t just love you, Sugar. I want to be you!
Your reactions are awesome ❤️
"What's the matter with you boy".love and peace
Stones funk is pure. And a vibe!
Step into the time machine, put a 45 R.P.M. record on the platter and listen to the tunes I grew up with many years ago. Love this channel.
Blues, they love the Blues
The Stones have so many songs- try Start Me Up, Wild Horses, Brown Sugar, Gimme Shelter, Emotional Rescue, Paint it Black, to start.
I used to despise this song as the Stones effort to do disco until Iheard them play it during the Concert for New York City after the 9/11 terror attacks and then it occurred to me that it could be about someone who died. Now I cry every time I hear it.
Bill Wyman is a incredible bass player.
The late, GREAT Charlie Watts on Drums. NOBODY did it better!! NOBODY
She's So Cold is a good one!
This a great song . Makes me sing it to my self to calm down . Wow 😳
Harlem Shuffle is a must!
There's a couple of wicked 10 minute live versions of this out there too.
Disco cat has an extended meow mix of this song thats even better
Hey $cribe! Will you PLEEASE be the first to react to their song “Emotional Rescue?” Please- it most definitely a vibe too! 🤎🤍✌️✨
Total Fire! ...does not get better!
One of my top 3 fav stones tracks. the funk level is off the scale.
You would probably enjoy, Waiting On a Friend, by The Rolling Stones.
Emotional Rescue is also well worth a listen.
to me this is the difference between the Beatles and the Stones. Much respect to the Beatles they wrote the greatest "songs', but, goddamn the Stones had the riffs, groove and attitude I love.
I really wasn't that much of a Rolling Stones fan until this song came out. I went out & bought the album immediately, the whole album is bitchin', or should I say groovy like you do. After that I started appreciating all their music.
1 really good suggestion from early to mid 70's ,The Tubes White Punks on Dope
This has always been my favorite by the STONES along with Under My Thumb
This was the Stones' contribution to the DISCO era, Luv!!!
"Shattered"..."Can't you hear me knockin"
