So glad to hear lemon peels do help the balance the flavour with blueberry. I knew it works! I usually add Xtorill and abit priming sugar before bottling.
@@CiderWithKevin Yeah, sure are! Not just Lemon can work out well but other citrus too such as Orange, Limes heck even Grapefruit as long you leave the pit and only for peels.

They definitely do. The majority of the lemon flavor and aroma comes from the peels!
