North FW Alliance North City Center is pretty much the same size.. All they need is a Faris wheel for attraction.

in the long run it might be better off that it was started later as the buildings will be more modern and cooler when they finally get built and with Fort Worth being the fastest growing large city in the country and projected to surpass Dallas in population by 2045 and the whole metro area projected to be the largest in the country by 2100 by one study there will be a need to build denser near the city center the metro with lower density exurbs continuing to sprawl to Oklahoma border and points west also but to attract young urban professionals that add to tax base they like density and walkable fun area with rail or even a gondola across Trinity bluff into downtown, they could really think big and plan for the future and Manhattanize Panther Island like Brickell FL as it’s is a nearly clean slate right now and if you build it the tech bros will come

I highly doubt LA and NYC will get passed by DFW

    Waste of taxpayers money.

studies show that while there is an initial investment of taxpayer money it indirectly increases the tax base and surrounding economic development over time attracting young urban professionals, look up the CNU case study on the economic impact of Klyde Warren park for example
