There was a time when i was going through a break up and i used to come here to find an answer and comfort my self. It was a really sad chapter of my life. I am glad that's gone. i guess that the lesson that i learned was that it is not about a song or person it is always about how we treat our selves. we are all locked up in our minds, in our phones and social media and drama, depression, sadness and it is fine but is important also to remember that we are here and we are going to lave some day so we need to learn to let go, forgive and forget.
I've never seen Wednesday, but I have loved this song ever since I heard it. I can't remember exactly when/where I heard it, but it has definitely been over a year. I am happy to know that songs like these are making their way around though. There's a lot of underrated artists/songs out there.

This song to me is the pain I feel for the love of my life, battling stage 4 cancer. The uncertainty. I guess I interpreted the lyrics to mean no one is perfect and you can be both right and be wrong , have a crack in you , or have limitations but can still feel and love someone to the fullest , and to love yourself and be totally at one in a union or bond AND ALSO if that person or someone loves and understands you - if you are broken or again not perfect , which can mean ill in any way at all , then that person accepts you for YOU and loves totally and completely. Life is fragile and to see through difficulties , insecurities and love a person for who they are - is love on a much higher level... So evil ? Why do I feel absolutely mesmerised here and I can't stop listening to this song?! Oh, I know: I'm getting old and have finally come to realise there are so many wrong steps I once took that I can never do right. Ah, well... in my next life, maybe.
Don't we all doubt ourselves and motives now and again? Are we not self aware at some point in life of how and in what ways we have failed and are imperfect? If you yourself aren't already questioning these things, people certainly bring those questions, and as much as you try to ignore them, they are there. The desire to be loved and share in that space is palpable, at least for me. And you know that at any time or moment, that person in whom you desire to share that space with you, can leave. You are sure of yourself, despite the doubts and don't need any saving. You just are. And no matter how right or wrong we are, we just want to be allowed to share in that space with another person. I love the response the partner, or "David Blane," has to all her loss and fears and queries. How unsure He is of Himself. She sees him as a hero, and He just feels ordinary and yet...should the desire arrive to 'escape' He can. He recognizes how, as uncertain as He is of what is right or wrong, He has been both in one night. And for now at least, content to be in her arms.
To me, this song is about someone trying to find their own way after finding out that death is near. Life here doesn't end, we just evolve and follow our path, towards freedom and universal love!

I guess I interpreted the lyrics to mean no one is perfect and you can be both right and be wrong , have a crack in you , or have limitations but can still feel and love someone to the fullest , and to love yourself and be totally at one in a union or bond
AND ALSO if that person or someone loves and understands you - if you are broken or again not perfect , which can mean ill in any way at all , then that person accepts you for YOU and loves totally and completely.
Life is fragile and to see through difficulties , insecurities and love a person for who they are - is love on a much higher level...

Don't we all doubt ourselves and motives now and again? Are we not self aware at some point in life of how and in what ways we have failed and are imperfect? If you yourself aren't already questioning these things, people certainly bring those questions, and as much as you try to ignore them, they are there. The desire to be loved and share in that space is palpable, at least for me. And you know that at any time or moment, that person in whom you desire to share that space with you, can leave. You are sure of yourself, despite the doubts and don't need any saving. You just are. And no matter how right or wrong we are, we just want to be allowed to share in that space with another person.
I love the response the partner, or "David Blane," has to all her loss and fears and queries. How unsure He is of Himself. She sees him as a hero, and He just feels ordinary and yet...should the desire arrive to 'escape' He can. He recognizes how, as uncertain as He is of what is right or wrong, He has been both in one night. And for now at least, content to be in her arms.
To me, this song is about someone trying to find their own way after finding out that death is near. Life here doesn't end, we just evolve and follow our path, towards freedom and universal love!
