They're exactly same size and can carry same amount of items. The madison 18 is actually a tiiiny bit roomy coz you don't have to fold the top part when closing it... With the parker 16, if full, you will have to squeeze it all in to be able to close it.

I just notice the handle is slightly different, the Madison can't wear as a hand bag. because the holes for the chain are 4, Parker have 2 holes.
They both have 4 holes, just different positions. I both own these bags and they can be worn exactly the same

I like madison more just because it carries a liiiil bit more than the parker. But you can't go wrong with either bags.

This is only 7in length. Ipad mini is 8in I believe. So you prob won't be able to close it..

No. It's not completely removable.
