Omg! I was searching for reviews on the coach backpack as a Christmas gift for my daughter and I saw this!! Now I want one too in this beautiful red color ( luckily, my daughter only likes dark colors like black & blue) I also own a Palm Springs mini and I love it. Coach bags have great price points and great quality leather as well ( I have the Parker top handle in white & black Cassie) Thanks for sharing 😘
This is a gorgeous red ! A true Apple red indeed ! Love the magnetic closure , that is something I really liked about the Clapton backpack for sure ! Thanks for sharing !

Good evening, just wanted to let you know I love your video. Very good info. I do have a question for you. Are you having any issues with the hardware? My hardware is chipping. I have the aurora color or pink, I love it, but I’m so disappointed. I just bought it earlier this year. They offered to send it in for repair but will it do it again. What are your thoughts?

Im thinking of buying this in all black! How has the gun metal hardware been going? Im always cautious as I feel it is more prone to/noticeable for scratches.
The hardware is holding up well so far! I think the black one has gold hardware though?

I just got this backpack in the new aurora pink colour! Do you notice the hardware is chipping? I keep finding that the coating is coming off :(
Oh no, really?? I was thinking of selling this one and getting that colour instead!! I haven't noticed any chipping on mine...
fashion junky I for sure recommend the color! But I’ll be taking mine into coach this week to see what’s going on, because on the turn lock it’s very noticeable, and also on the straps. Once I have some more answers I I can shoot you an insta message and let you know if it’s a known issue or anything.

Do u think you could remove one of the leather strap parts and use this crossbody only?
Aaryn McClintick you can’t remove the strap, but you can wear it as a crossbody. You need to hook it cross way
Trabbit HP I just received the bag in the mail, and you can remove one of the leather straps like I thought. You wouldn’t want to do this if you ever wanted to use it as a backpack, as u would have to cut it off. I don’t think I would ever use this as a backpack, and removing one of the leather straps still leaves the option to carry Three different ways, minus The backpack option. If you cut it very carefully, a shoe cobbler could fix it back on for you most likely if you ever decided to get rid of it.
Aaryn McClintick I have the same backpack in white in the bigger size. This one is better for crossbody, you can still do crossbody without cutting the strap, the people in store showed me. But cutting it definitely make it easily wear crossbody or shoulder bag. I like to wear as shoulder bucket bag the best since it’s a good size for it
