Invisible Scars: The Harsh Reality of Trauma in Foster Care

What is the harsh reality of being a foster child for 7 years long? In this video, I take you into my former life as a foster child, where I spent from the age of 7 to 14 living in several foster homes, where I had little or no contact with my biological parents in the first years. I will go into what I experienced in this period, what negative aspects this had (and still has) for my life (like depression, separation anxiety and insecurity) and what I learned from this emotional rollercoaster.
