How apply Tax code to a material ?
Question is not sure. Anyway if you want to assign a Tax code to a material, you need to assign the Tax Code in Purchase Inforecord for the combination of Material+Vendor+Purchase Organization

FINP is for finished goods or FERT. Please clarify
Hi Krishnamoorthy,
It is FERT only as per SAP standard Finished Goods Materials. There is no standard FINP but we used to copy FERT and create new material type as FINP or ZFIN etc to indicate Finished Products
