Hello Sir, Your videos very Nice, I have a doubt, When Po is created in sap from legacy systems, what are all the master data along with material and vendor master ,we have to take care in order to send the po to sap from Legacy system?
Let's take a case as you are sending the PO information to SAP from 3rd Party System via IDoc. You should have the below master Data in SAP to create the PO successfully - Material Master - Vendor Master If you want to trigger the PO Output type automatically, you should have the valid output condition records Price can be sent from the 3rd party system so Info record is optional. There are configuration like Material Groups, UoM, PO Document type config etc. should be in place.
