Totally get Kyles perspective that it’s all the simple stuff you realize.
Personally write down my own thoughts. Was kinda stressing and going downhill cause of confusion of not knowing what to invest my money into.
Went berserk and filled them pages out with randomness. A thought came up, a page got written. Eventually ended up realizing I have a family business opportunity I’ve been avoiding by being selfish trying to start my own journey when I have a journey that has started but needs help to continue…
Now it’s clear I got to spend the money on the family name, but what I’m saying is, this all came from writing down your thoughts and days out. Empty out the brain for it to be able to refill itself with new thoughts. Eventually a solution arises or an opportunity light is sparked

Hey listen TRT isn't gonna screw your body up. I take TRT. I'm just at that age where my numbers have dipped. I don't abuse it. I use it how the Doctor told me too. Now I have the energy to work out again and get things done during the day. It's a fact you are more productive when you are in shape. I feel like I'm 25 again. I felt like I was going to die before I fixed my levels. So don't knock it. You might need it someday. 😉
