    Bro realised I literally bought the same car last month. A 2012 luxury spec 328i. Love the amazing performance and handling. Hate the ride quality especially over the bumpy roads here in the UK (maybe because I have runflats..). Also the drivers seatbelt keeps jamming up on me and wont come out!

    Can you make a video of the 328I for the breakdown of cost of your wear & tear/maintenance..
    And the cost for your mods..
    Daily fuel consumption..
    Road Tax/ Insurance..
    Or any other hidden cost >.<

    • @AJDrives
      @AJDrives  Před rokem +1

      If i’m not mistaken they both have the same engine so the reliability would be down to the specific condition of each car. I loved my 2014 LCI 520d and it was fairly reliable for me for the 3 years of ownership that i had though!

      When there is sign of oil present in your coolant, it's time to do that. The parts are not expensive and its surprisingly easy to DIY.

    • @AJDrives
      @AJDrives  Před 2 lety +1

      That's great! Which F30 are you planning to buy?
      The Engine Oil + Filter & Gear Oil + Filter Together were around RM1500.
      Only had to change 2 Rear Shock Mountings, Paid around RM350 for those.
      Timing Chain is between RM2k - RM4k depending on where you change it.
      FTP Charge Pipe + Boost Pipe Set is around RM1800.

    just bought a F34 2014 model..wanna do the timing chain and it does not cost 500...the timing chain parts alone cost 800 and no labour yet..shop told me need to leave the car for 2 days

    • @AJDrives

      @@AJDrives i think the shop quoted for the OEM parts..u should ask the shop if its the original BMW..i still dont know how much is the labour for replacing it..if u have the pricing do share.

    • @AJDrives

      @aimanrs2998 Před 2 lety

      Was quoted abt 1.2k for valve seals & timing chain replacement..the timing chain set was 500 for parts, and it state oem, which is fine if they use known brand such as Febi but of course for peace of mind better buy original BMW teile.
