Vito explains how he got into the pizza business as well as some of the success and failure he experienced. Vito is the owner of Stella's Pizza Pie which is a mobile pizza business. He is able to take his pizza oven anywhere and is actually a rolling pizza party on Wheels.

i respect the fact that you admit to putting your ego in check, this is the problem with many beginners , they think they know everything because they watched a couple of videos, very well said sir, very interesting story and funny beginning lol, i live in italy, im 3rd generation pizzaiolo, 35 years experience in this trade with everyday learning new things still. I'm Italian as well, Neapolitan to be precise, with a pizza culture inbedded in my DNA.. I currentely live in the uk, and having had a back ground as a pizzaiolo, albait in England i am seriousely thinking starting up a business like yours. I have already done some reserch into it, and it appears here in the UK such enterprice has not really taken off yet, and therefore i'm struggling to find the right resources to get things started..i.e. finding a supplier of a trailer or a van, kitted up as a mobile pizza cooking business..i was wondering if you have any suggestions that could help me in that respect..i'd very much appreciate that. kindest regards..Sergio

I very much appreciated you sending those links and i did have a good look at them. Trouble is i am here and they are there in the Us, and for the purpose of my enquiry, at this moment in time, they're only usefull placed in a larger picture, whereas right now my main concern is finding a supplier of mobile kitted units..i will try to contact Bella Napoli in Glasgow and see if he's got any contacts that could help me. if you go to them for the training, do they continue to charge at all after that? how much are the ovens? Do they offer financing? thanks
Great question Benjamin. As far as I know once you purchase an oven you may go to a training at no charge. They do have a very active support system.
