Shameful for first class. Noticed the first class flight attendant, she must be the lead, she can’t even smile as passengers walked by. When I was a flight attendant we would be fired for that. it’s so disgraceful what is happened to our country and the airline industry

I mean who doesn’t want their PDB (Champagne or was it sparkling wine) in a plastic cup? Once I saw how dirty everything was, I would break out the cleaning wipes. You should never fly commercially without them. Thanks for sharing your experience with us!

Do you remember if your food service was listed as "refreshments" or "snack?" I am trying to figure out if our first class flight "refreshments" means what your were served or nuts and a cookie. TIA
The service on this flight is considered one step above a "snack." For shorter flights in AA's domestic first class, flight attendants will offer snacks from a snack basket, where you pick out smaller items, rather than getting a service with plated choices like this one. It depends on the route, and the length of the flight.
How much are these Domestic flights? Like $100s? $200?
One way first class is about $600-$700
I wish I would at for first class tickets just to sit next to someone and get dirty seats! If I pay that kind of money I want a cabin and I want a newer plane. ✈️
wow, how disappointing! no friendly greeting, dirty tables - if thats their version of first class then not worth upgrading at all.
It's hyperbole to call this "first class". The roomy seating was nice, as was the cheese or dip offering, but no IFE. All the rest was economy-level. If your ticket cost more than $50 over the economy rate, you wuz robbed! That the cleaners failed to do their job didn't help. I was not impressed, and I'll stay with JetBlue economy class. And they have IFE.
