Natalie I love this. Keep working hard, the footwork gets easier the more you do it, and you will see that pay off in games, you just get more confident with the ball. Be careful of that poison grass, and if you are ever in Los Angeles, look us up!
THE Beast Mode Soccer! Thank you for the comment! I don't play soccer (I'm a former national team snowboard athlete) and took on different sport's / athlete's trainings last year for this series. Would so love to come visit and film going through some real soccer training some day! Hopefully we can travel from Canada to the USA again soon :) Appreciate the tips and the drills I found from you to even do this video in the first place! You rock!
You style of practicing is really marvelous. At present my daughter is practicing football .Your style of practicing football and other physical exercises are really inspiring for my daughter
Hi! I am not a soccer player (as documented in the video lol). Wish I could help more, but as an athlete, talking in generalities: train hard, stay focused, keep positive during the lows and put them in perspective, take advantage of opportunities, and train for longevity!
I was looking for a woman trainer who can teach me some abilities. There are not a lot .please can you make a lot of videos to show us some soccer tricks. Thanks in advance
Natalie if you want to get the best results from training, you need to train properly. You are suppose to go around the cones not over them. Imagine if the cones were 6ft tall, you would not be able to step over them then, you'd have to go around them. The cones represent a person so you and the ball have to go around the cones not just the ball (I repeat, imagine the cones are 6ft tall). Also, if you want to do shooting practice you should find a wall so that the ball keeps coming back to you, it's much more enjoyable that way (I use to spend hours doing it). A wall is best but a fence is also pretty good. Kicking the ball and then having to go and get it will only lead to you losing interest and giving up. You will improve much faster if you train properly. Ps... what are you training so hard for anyway, what's the end goal ???...
BeyondthePage hey! I’m not training for soccer at all - but I appreciate the tips!! I’m doing a series where I try the training of different athletes of different sports from my own :)

I am always scared to try my skills against my teammates they're 25 years old and I am 15 😶😅
Same but I'm 14
How often should you do it on soccer season? Let’s just say if you have game every Sunday, should you do that workout 5 days a week ?
Do you have any other training videos like this for other soccer players????
