Going left in a maze is genuinely the correct way to get out if lost, so I’m not surprised Michael made it out first.
I heard of this method, but found out the hard way in a corn maze ... if you wander around for awhile and then try this...
WARNING: it doesn't work if there are loops in the maze

The way I learned it is you just keep your right hand on the right wall the entire time and keep walking forward, i assume the going left is the same principle though

“Go left” is a simplified way of describing a strategy that actually works for getting out of a maze
Unless it's one of those mazes designed specifically for those strategies (left or right) to not work 😵
Left and right will always work you walk on the right side of the wall or left side you will eventually find your way out

The trick to any maze is actually to just pick a side and follow it. Stick to either the left wall or the right wall and you'll always find the exit. Definitely not the way Micheal was suggesting but his dumbass was actually half-ass right for once lol.
