I don’t think that she would have had to lose any weight; back in the 90s people GENUINELY were calling her fat. It was a common joke that she was “fat” in TITANIC. She was fully naked and clearly had an amazing body in that movie, and people still called her fat because she was born with a more rounded face and wasn’t so emaciated you could see her ribs.
