I just finished my 7 day fast and it showed me that comparison is truly the third of joy and even though I didn’t hear God audibly he still spoke through different things🦋

I always do social media fasts. I go months without being on social media and it always helps me so much. I’m more able to focus on different things and not so focused on what is going on in people’s lives and more on getting closer to God and being productive. Love seeing more content from you and pregnancy looks good on you ❤praying for a healthy and successful pregnancy for you ❤️
Social media fast is really important. I'm currently on my longest Instagram break yet and it feels so good cos I have been able to refocus on my goals and be more intentional about them. Instead of spending so much time watching other people achieve their goals, I decided to take a break in February. I'm glad I did
I missed seeing you guys! I definitely fast from social media. When I do, I actually hear the birds chirping from the window. I went on more walks in the park, and I started hugging a tree and walking bear foot in the grass. It's supposed to help your circadian rhythm. I feel life more,very refreshing.

I usually delete apps when I do a social media fast because of my habit of opening apps randomly. But this is good. I made the decision to come off of tiktok on the whole because though there is good content on it, there are still weird things being presented to me that I need to guard my heart from. And I'm trying to now make an effort to use my downtime to spend time with God and thats the best thing for me. Congrats on your pregnancy!

Coconut water is great for potassium! Though be wary as it does have a lot of sodium. (I didn't know that initially). And your skin is glowing! Milena Cicciotti is a great christian youtuber who went through her pregnancy journey and has such wholesome videos!

What are some of the podcast you listen too? I had to also cut back from social media it's too much noise and it made it hard to hear God clearly until I did. Now I try to fill my time with reading the Bible, reading books, or podcast. I even had to cut back who I watch online for sermons
