Really cool way to look at the game. The Awards are actually the Romeros as a reference to George Romero. The island part doesn't jothe rme as a long time fan because well constantly being on islands after three prior games would be a bit stale at this point. Instead this game goes for the timer defining trait of the series a paradise gome to hell or a paradise to die for. The hidden emotion and empathy was hidden in the original as well mostly in the side quests.
