Good doctor in Delhi for 3000 to 5000 hair its around 2 lacs .. no one will tell the main thing are tools ..for example if the tools for extraction are sharp and they are used only 1 time then automatically the cost is on higher side .. usually doctors use these tools multiple times to bring down the cost

So a middle class guy who's earning is 30000 who wants to do hair successful transplant it's just dream right with this 2 to 10 lakh its way more his savings....
So you have only 2 options
1. Work hard and start a business along with a job. Save all the amount and do a successful hair transplant. A complete unrealistic process.
Or
2. Feel good about yourself, work on yourself, go to the gym, get in a great shape, do meditation and work on you physical and mental well being.
I also used to stress a lot about my receding hair and every time I saw myself on the mirror, I used to get worried and depressed. Now I stopped giving a f*ck about it. At the end of the day people don't even notice these things and even if they did, it doesn't matter at all.

haha .. Actually only 2 medicines work in hair regrowth cases or for maintenance purpose ..1 Minoxidil and the 2nd one is finasteride .. Ayurvedic may or may not work but they are good for maintenance purpose .. Once u stop taking Finasteride and Minoxidil then the baldness comes back/you shed again. Hair transplant is costly but its not like u get fuller looking hair ..u need to use hair concealers/fibres also.. Traya and such companies just waste time with their useless products

Doesn’t matter ! Just be humble work hard be with your family and be spiritual that’s more than enough as just by having a good hair is not gonna give you everything in life there are millions who have a hair like sharukhan but they suffer so much because of there existing situation.
suffering can be at every level .. when u have no money then there is pain ..u have money it turns into ashanti or no peace of mind .. We humans are constantly swinging between these 2
