So if poeple are co-operating and serve the country how will the do it on separate groups which each have a leader. The State/Goverment should entrusted with power to employ and dismiss not the President the President should also be dismissed by laws Governing the employment before the expiration of his term and never be allowed to come back with any political party to Paliament as he is going to serve the same poeple he failed to serve and he is going to enjoy the same benefits he does not deserve It may take time to change this but if the country remain on this situation we are going nowhere.
