Реставрация неплохая, но лучше шатунные и коренные затягивать динамометрическим ключом и гбц тоже

Assembly lube will help the build process- and make the engine last longer. A torque wrench will help as well. Just saying.

You did a good job, the engine started and ran well. However, you seem to use the hard hammer a lot. In the whole clip it seems to be the star of the toolbox. Please use soft blow hammers, like plastic, rubber or brass ones. You don't want parts to distort, bend or break.

I didn't see any measuring tools like a micrometer or any torque wrenches. You didn't even use a straight edge to check to see if the engine block was straight, nor did you check the cylinder head for the same. This engine will not last long.

Когда крутишь только собранный КШМ газовым ключём и то еле, то явно что то не так
Дык ещё масло в резьбы бугельей, естественно момент потеряется, так и затяжка гайковертом, хорошо хоть резьбы не порвало на блоке

We usually number the pistons,big ends caps, valves stuck to a piece of cardboard in their order.that usually help when re-assembling time comes...

@@restorationproduct1718 Если хватило на "жужалку", то уж на динамометрический ключ должно хватить, он дешевле гайковёрта. Моменты затяжки можно найти в интернете, в телефоне.

По сути из ремонта, только притирка клапанов,
1 . Почему не поменял цилиндр микрометром , может растачивать надо.
2 не замерял износ коленчатого вала может шлифовать надо , одной заменой вкладышей не обойтись.
3 . Сборка без динамометрического ключа....
Короче это называется косметический ремонт..

Do work more cleanly, and how about measurements? then decide on decking head/block, recut valveseats, grind valves or replace. Cheap replacing valve stem seals.

Este video muestra perfectamente lo que no hay que hacer, no usan llaves dinamómetricas para el torque , pintan superficies rectificadas, no miden tolerancias, usan la amoladora angular para limpiar una superficie rectificada,no usan la herramienta adecuada para alisar los asientos de válvulas etc , en general un mal trabajo que va a hacer que ese motor se destruya solo

That blue smoke usually means you’ve got substantial blow by. Oil is getting past the piston and into the combustion chamber. That oil is burned during combustion. Which is why checking the cylinder walls and having the bores machined properly is vital. If this isn’t done the rings will never seat properly, and as already mentioned results in blow by.
Looks like a isuzu engine either a c240 or a 4bc2 with a turbo. I cam be wrong though
