Qanon co-opted the phrase "save the children", used the hashtag and named conferences after it etc but Save The Children is a legitimate charity that existed long before Qanon.
Save the Kids also tried to co-opt the branding. If u watch this video this point is brought up :)
As an aside, Qanon weirdos love to larp about saving kids but because they have delusional ideas about who is involved in child sex trafficking, they clog up phone lines and send investigators on wild goose chases, taking valuable time & resources away from legitimate cases. It's so gross..

Technically every number/letter address that he mentioned was "allegedly" used by the guys as an account to make transactions and it's so connected and complicated yet they got fat stacks of cash lol. This video is hella detailed imo, how he went from point A to point Z, Muta killed it, there is no way they can return and say they are clean or convince someone they are with this type of evidence that Muta brought on the table! :)
TLDR; Kay says he didn't know about the whole scheme, yet his "alleged" address (the "wallet" that held a lot of Save the Kids tokens which, when sold are sold at the current price which is determined by how much people have invested in it) dumped all its tokens when it was at its highest price.
The reason it's illegal is that influencers will have their fanbase try and buy tokens, which will inflate the price and when it's at its highest the "whales" (people who hold thousands of the coin aka Save the Kid coins) will dump all their coins and profit while those who seek long term investments or are actually trying to put in money for a good cause will have their investments drop or realize the coin was never going to be used for a good cause.

Not 100% familiar with U.S. law, but I thought advertising yourself as a charity and then pumping and dumping the coin falls under fraud in regards to U.S. Code § 1341. Pretty surprised that the U.S. government agencies haven't really made much of a move on this and the like.

@@Angel-yc1ix Crypto is a grey line, but crypto is also a form of currency and property which the U.S. Code 1341 deals with. In fact, the IRS states that in "notice 2014-21, 2014-16 I.R.B. 938 PDF". Further more, I found some previous cases where the courts set a precedence and given crypto currency property status which then allowed them to seize it such as the Silk Road case.
Any good prosecutor could easily draw this connection, which breaks that grey line and gives the government the ability to go after them.

I've been a bottom tier donator to Save the Children for about 4 years now. Get the weekly texts and stuff. Their logo was the FIRST thing that stood out to me and I immediately knew "Save the Kids" were pulling shenanigans. Save the Children might have a suit on their hands 😂.
Man I really hope they do it. The similarities in web layout and logo is just too much for them to claim its coincidental. Intention to mislead was definitely present

They said they didn’t know much yet, but were going to investigate it and see if this is indeed hurting their image and take legal action if needed.
