It's a mix of dyed clothes to look like Link from the Legend of Zelda series, from what I see... it's the Yule Hat (free DLC), Practical Prince Upper Body, Pratical Princess Lower Body, no gloves in the hands and for the feet I can't see it very well, but the Women's Magic Suit Feet ( which you buy in aurora) is almost like that.
At least that's what I think lol

i finished the game and everyone one in aurora city is dead and no one is at the shops but i saved the city i dont know if the shadow things killed them during the war or they dissapeared
