I really struggled with that when learning aswell, so I added an extra loud tick at the start so you play off the beats not volume 😂

​@@suavedonkey3241good tip. I'm moving away from this song for a bit since I'm trying to learn rhythm and it's a bit to difficult. I can play the song now but with no rhythm haha. And I want to learn more songs in standard tuning

@@colegeary502 yeah that tuning is a real pain to do every time! Something that helps me when I'm doing a song with difficult rhythm is using a metronome at half speed, just tediously going over it again and again!

@@suavedonkey3241 thanks for the suggestion. But I think the fastest way for me to develop me skill is to move away from this song for a bit. It's not hard to play. But I'll hit a wall if I don't move away from it and develop my skill with songs with easier rhythm. Kinda hard to explain but it's rhythm is difficult so forcing myself to adapt to it instead of learning good rhythm is all I'm gonna be doing.
