Hi Heidi, What a great This n That - as always!! You do so much!! And I feel so privileged to be an owner of one of your wonderful Country Blue Skirts. It's gorgeous!! When it arrived and I took it out of the box, it was so much more than I expected!! Thank you!! Love, Mary
This makes me so happy!!
Peaceful meadow is beautiful. Love all the thisNthat! Your energy is infectious.
Thank you Edie!
Look forward to see how you crochet the hangers.
Cute opening with you trying to be all serious as a scientist...knew that smile would break through. 😁
Haha! :D
Thank you Heidi, for all the good idea's you always have.
I want a country blue skirt! love it
I'll take 10 gallons of that menopause tea, please. I loved the intro!
My “little grannie” taught all us grandkids how to crotchet hangers, after 50plus years, I still have 2
Looking forward to the patchwork skirt video! Thanks for sharing!
I do already have a how to on the patchwork skirt, the video I will be coming out with will be for making the hangers :)
I'm so glad you featured and gave the names if your skirts. My husband has been hinting about buying me one. 😇 Tea recipe for. Menopausal women?? YES please! Blessings!
Your so good at coodinating colors.
I'm here to tell you Heidi those skirts are beautiful. Maybe you and Mr. Rain should think about making moonshine to make your extracts. (hehe). I gotta say I love your videos.
I'm very interested to see how the peppermint extract turns out, always looking for new ways to make extracts. I love the skirts but to have matching hangers what a great idea. As always love your videos.
great to hear you are working on a tea for women in menopause. My mother suffered really bad symptoms of it! (and it will come for me one day too, so it might be something I will want to use in the future)
Heidi you’re amazing ! Thanks so much for sharing all your knowledge 👍💕
Thank you Connie :D
I love your videos. You are a blessing. Thanks for sharing. God bless!
Thank you Pat :D
I wanna thank you for your advice, I took it on the bras and oh my goodness the pain has stopped and I finally feel great. Thanks for all
Great video Heidi. Thank you for sharing
Love the crazy scientist!! Another wonderful episode. Always so full of valuable information!! 👍
Good morning Heidi. Great video, nice intro. Very interested how the peppermint extract works
Very interesting
My teens, now that they make money, are all buying sodas when they get the chance, and it drives me bonkers! Lol. I keep trying to find ways of healthy drink alternatives. I've started Kombucha, I'm hoping to have grocery money left over to buy water kefir, and hope to do fermented "soda" as well! Oh, and I cracked up at your get up in the beginning! It was awesome! 😁
I was never a huge soda drinker but I love the fermented sodas, so good!
I love your videos.
I am flored, you can pronounce my name!!!!
And that was funny, scientist you are, plus artist and inventor and teacher and story teller.......
O good! I did say it right, German is not a language I am as schooled in as the more Latin ones but Patrick was stationed in Germany for a time and I asked him if he thought that sounded correct. By the way, one year my students performed Dances from Around the World and it took me awhile to finally be able to pronounce the name of the German Folk dance we learned. I still know how to pronounce it but do not ask me to spell it. It was the Dance of the Blacksmith but the long title was all one word
Rain Country all words are long in German 😁 can't for my life think of a folk dance with a blacksmith...... but I am in the midst of setting up fore more rain ie get the shop vac ready, move things not in plastic bins up high, get old towels ready.... roads are closed in town due to flooding.... has been raining and pouring since Saturday
But GOD is good, the sun was out for a bit this morning!!
Rain Country did a little looking, there is a Nagelschmied folk dance, totally not familiar with, just hope you didn't sew the costumes 😉
I finally took the time to type the name into my browser the best I could remember from the spelling and actually came up with it: D'Hammerschmiedsg'selln. It is a pretty simple dance of four people, but quite fun. I even found a how to video clip that was taken from the very set of folk dance videos I had bought many years ago: czcams.com/video/IfalJlS7ESo/video.html They show the full dance at 2:20 time stamp. Though the dance was traditionally done with all males, I only had girls so I made costume similar to what you see the ladies wearing in that video.
Rain Country takes me back home! You made dirndl - the Bavarian traditional dress, wow!!!! If I ever fly back again I'm going to get me one!
Your fermentation starters are much like the Ginger bug starter.. I love them.. I have a vinegar scoby I just reset on the top of my new vinegars for a culture.. It is about an inch think .. but not the same consistency as the Kombucha scoby's (can fall apart a little easier. ) Helps to keep vinegar ingredients under the water and not exposed to the air. Thanks for your this and that.. There is alot to work with this time of the year. Whew..
Yep, I started off making a ginger bug several years ago for making honey wine. Eventually I started experimenting with fruits.
Love, love, love it!
The intro was so funny, thank you Heidi for the laugh, I really needed it today, blessings for all you do❤
Haha! Good! :D
That was fun to see your whimsical side 😂👍
haha!
Thank you for all the tips..❤️🌺❤️🧘♂️🧘♂️
The opening was cute! As always I love your video's and am so glad I found you! Did your book get there? I insured it, but the postmistress forgot to give me a tracking number. Blessings!
I know I got a package waiting for me but when I got to the post office, it was closed but I will be going by there today :)
Well hopefully its it! Blessings!
For my lemon ... And first extract, I used just glycerin and water
What a GREAT video!!!! Love you science outfit 😊. Do you have a video on how to make the grape homemade wine?
No, I have not made a how to on the wine but it is possible I might some day
Rain Country that would be great thanks for a great video have a blessed day🌻🐝🌻
Yeah Mom...the wine video! Geeeesh! LOL (bratty kid)
Thumbs up
That was funny
What kind of lid did you say your using here?
This video is several years old and beings that it is a This~N~That, I know I talked about a lot of things so I do not know what you are referring to
@@RainCountryHomestead ok, thanks anyway. I love your channel.
Could i use dehydrated berries?
Also i used link to brake bleeder last week, i just now saw the link that says do your shopping using this link, i hope all those links are tied to you guys so you get crèdit for my purchases
Do you mean for making an extract? I cannot always remember what all is in my this N that videos, especially if they are over a week old so I need more details as I do not have time to watch my whole video to determine what you are referring to
Rain Country dry bluebetries to start my vinegar
Blueberries for nstural soda instead of vinegar
I'm here to tell you Heidi those skirts are beautiful. Maybe you and Mr. Rain should think about making moonshine to make your extracts. (hehe). I gotta say I love your videos.
Thank you Pam :)
