Gamo Silent Cat PBA v. Lead Ammo

How much louder are PBA rounds than standard lead rounds. In this video we test both side by side with a dB meter. We also test the rounds against a water jug because its just fun. Test rifle is a Silent Cat, which seems to have about the same velocity for us as the bone collector based on our other reviews. For other reviews see bigborear.com

How long are you from the target?

A 4 grain projectile ain't gonna' cut it when it comes to hunting. You need lead, ESPECIALLY if you only have a .177 cal airgun. Not to mention PBA is louder and inaccurate.
