The Federal government through the National Commission for Museums and monuments has handed over the two returned artefacts to the Oba of Benin, Oba Ewaure II in Edo state.
The monarch expressed his appreciation to the federal government during a ceremony for the reception of the artefacts at the palace in Benin City, the State Capital.
