@@monirulmaruf Right, their cars just show what is possible with their technology. It's more of a "side-business". They are supplying parts to other automotive brands. They are building Koenigsegg's drive train for their electric models. Porsche is shareholder - I think it's 15% of their shares and are working on projects together (maybe they were also involved in the Taycan). Kia and Hyundai are participating in Rimac. They are working with all german brands expect BMW, etc. The Pininfarina Battista, which is also shown in the video, is based on the Rimac C_Two. It has the same platform and I believe the drive train is also supplied by Rimac. I think that's how they make money and not only building supercars. It's more of a tech-company. That's what makes them so interesting. While other brands only do the design and use many parts from other companies(even motors - Pagani uses AMG motors), they develop everything on their own.

Basically, first of all it barely has any "trunk space" and is practically built wrapped perfectly around the components with only space for a small to mid sized driver leaned back in racing position and a passenger doing the same. It is also wind tunnel optimized with air channels going through out the car (like the Buggati Chiron) and is built with the shape also purely focused on aerodynamics as initially optimized by physics modelling software connected to machine learning models that use all that data to build more organic shapes for better performance while staying within strength, endurance and stability limits set by the designers and engineers (it is a bit more complicated than that of course but that is just the simple explanation.) Now remember how I said the driver is leaned back and low, well that isn't the only thing that is low, the optimization and physics of air resistance tells us that a car this "small" should be extremely low to the ground for optimal acceleration and it does just that, it hits under the 1 meter mark which means this thing cuts through air like a knife through hot butter, the whole design is based around keep it as low as possible and that is why like F1 drivers, the car interior is build leaning back so you can keep it that low even when the driver might be double the cars height (that is also why the car is a bit long (think triangles, to get the height of the triangle down, you need the driver who is the hypotenuse to be leaning back really far, but that makes the length of the triangle really long because the size of the hypotenuse aka the driver can't change.) Now these are all great, but what really makes it shine is obviously going to be the core components, aka the 4 powerful electric motors (two front-two back of course because AWD means more grip, better traction means better acceleration) which have software to optimize grip during any sort of turns based on sensor data from each individual wheel. Honestly every part on this car is custom and amazing with only one intent, faster acceleration, yes, even the windows were built to make this car go just that little bit faster. Other than that, it has all the performance features that most super-cars have these days, active wing, carbon fiber body, the whole deal. Oh and yes, 2000hp at 4100 lbs, that is bugatti levels of weight with higher performance than a bugatti. A friend of mine left Porsche to work for Aspark 6 years ago and a lot of his acquaintances thought he was crazy for leaving what is a dream job for most to instead go work for some company that none of them had ever even heard of, but I knew that the design and the engineering for performance is what had always been his drive, he was a racing fan like myself and we had grown up watching Le Mans together, these last two-three years have been very stressful but rewarding for him, but he is glad he left when he did because he says his team at Aspark is just so much more passionate and hardworking, and that the culture of respect and brotherhood in Japan makes for great work culture. I'm going to have to get him to help work on a custom EV project with me if he ever moves back to the states, I need some of those trade secrets.

When I looked at how sharp those turns were at such a high speed and great control, I was shocked more than any vehicle than I saw on this vehicle. I need to be less reliable on gas-powered vehicles, and think about not just performance, but even the design and type of power the vehicle the car needs. Most of the gas-powered vehicles I have seen so far are just too expensive and not worth even buying, so I ended up with this video and said that this is not just any type of performance race car.

NOte how little other brands bring to the table in terms of specs even when they cost ten times as much as the Tesla Roadster 2021. One starts to wonder what the sales arguments for such cars will be. In theory, every electric car can accelerate 1-100km in 2 seconds but there are limits to material and other elements which necessitate to cap acceleration speeds by way of software. It is a whole new ballgame and not many petrol heads realise what is going on. EVs are so much more efficient and better and cheaper and faster than ordinary combustion engine cars, that there is no competition. Everybody wants to have an EV as soon as one could recharge everywhere, just like one can fill the tank up with petrol/gas anywhere anytime. A full tank of $80 does not compare to a full charge at $8. It is a new technology that will supplant combustion engines as soon as there are enough available and the lies of the anti-EV propaganda have fizzled out.

I know that electric cars, especially Teslas, are crazy fast, more efficient and offer a lot more for a lot less money than some of the premium brands. We petrolheads understand that. We will applaud you and then drive away in our internal combustion engine cars, smiling to ourselves. These 0-60 times hardly attract us because we know that although they feel like a whiplash, they don't have the soundtrack or theatrics or the appeal of say, a naturally aspirated v10. And if it's a manual transmission gearbox then that fun is exponentially increased even cornering at around 60 mph. I guess it's going to divide people into 2 kinds of drivers:
      1. those who just care about the fastest 0-60, efficiency and sometimes even to show off to their friends in drag races.
      2. Those who appreciate every little sensation that a really exquisite ICE car delivers. These people drive out to enjoy their cars and enjoy the roads and the views while listening to the revs building up and falling down as they shift through gears, and these are the drivers who will never feel thrilled driving an electric car.

That said, the new ev's are impressive at acceleration. Driving isn't all about going in a straight line. One doesn't buy a porsche for 0-60. When an ev can keep up in the twisty bits - real driving. Then I'll accept the future with open hands. Electrics cars, mainly their power source is too heavy. The motor itself is superior to any ICE but batteries are far inferior to fossil fuel.
