Hi from Trenton Ontario Canada 🇨🇦 Awesome video! Video and Sound is way better than past videos. Was thinking the quad sounded like it was dropping a cylinder than picking it back up but looking forward to what you find out about it and next projects.
I appreciate your video's, its great that you can restore theses older sleds & then some, keep up the awesome work ! I'm a first time sled owner, so more you can share the more I can learn. Thanks Turtle, we have a small camp in Jefferson NH. For the last 4yrs. I just purchased 08" polaris 2up trail touring 550 with 2600 miles. Any thoughts? Peace Turtle
Did you run the tracks in high gear also? What was your top speed? I've been wanting to get some tracks for my quad but they are so expensive. Also look like a pain in the a$$ to install. Keep the the content coming!

Ran them in low gear in the deep stuff and on any steeper hills. Flat trail that was packed down I shifted her in high gear and got it to around 25mph
A hydraulic press would've been great for that
Absolutely it would! Actually looking for one currently. Forklift did the job though lol
