I was thinking the same thing đ€
Did you interloc all the way or did you two strand twist and then interloc at the roots?
â@@yvettemitchell-robertson1181I was wondering about the same thing.
You have such a beautiful spirit, and those lines are clean-clean! I can totally relate with being Type A about the lines. I'm so bad that I do mine with a tape rule around my neck fr-fr. I actually measure to ensure symmetry on both sides. Maybe it's a little extreme, but it has been working for me so far. TFS.
đđ€Łđ No it's not extreme at all...not to me at least. I use the tool to measure for consistency on both sides. We can't play around with people's hair. They are paying a lot of money for this type of service so they deserve the very best. And I'm so glad that there are other folks out there providing the same level of excellence. Thank you for being exceptional! You are rare!

This is awesome! Thank you so much for this video. Parting is the hardest thing for me. I've learned a lot from your channel. Can you do a parting video for a client with high density. I have trouble with knowing how to section the back with high density microlocs.
Yes, parting can be very tricky with different head size and density hair. When I have a client with that, I'll do one.
Greetings! I love your work.
Thank youđ

I'm a new subsciber and so far I really am loving the content you have as well as the tips and tricks! I've been doing my own locs for about 8 years now (never went to anyone and it was definitely an experience, everything you think could be done wrong i have done lol) and have finally decided I want to get into the loctician world, do you have any advice for someone literally just getting started from scratch? I care very deeply about providing great service and my main worry would be gaining a worthy list of clientele.
The fact that your focus is providing great service is huge. Most people do it for the money and I am here to tell you that it doesn't keep you in the game. Most people get burnt out and end up doing something else. But this is a great business and very rewarding. Definitely take a class to hone in on your skills, get a mentor and work hard. Here is a video of one of my clients talking about her journey getting started czcams.com/video/GTf2AaBsjE0/video.html
I will also be offering online classes soon so you're welcome to join my mailing list to be notified when available. Will also be doing more videos on getting started and the process.

Thank you for educating us about our locs Ms. Pauline. With the leave in conditioner, am I just a spraying my scalp or can I spray all. Over new locs?
You're welcome. Spray all over the hair.
This was an awesome video!! What size parting is marked on that tool and what leave in do you suggest for beginner locs? Thanks Pauline
Thank youđ„°. The card that came with the tool said small medium and large size. So I measured and the small is 3/8", medium is 5/8" and large is 7/8". As far as leave-in conditioners, I love the following listed in this video czcams.com/video/edg_hqego9s/video.html

Just shocked by how your video displayed your casual conversation through basic knowledge skills such as parting, and when it came to the purpose of the video, you sped it up to a speed that it was impossible to follow any details of what was done and how it is done-such a clickbait video.
You are so right, how can we learn if you speeding the video. I didn't learn anything. All that time watching her parting the hair, the time to see the real work then she rushed.
The parting is the most important part of the process đ

@@EnToiBeauty lucky you. My sister wants no parts. No ma'amđ
Let me first say, I LOVE your content. Please keep it coming. It is great to see someone being successful doing something they enjoy doing! I was wonderingâŠâŠhave you ever created a more uniformed grid for a client who had locs (interlocks, microlocs, braidlocs, etc) installed/established with random grid parting (especially at the crown)? If so, how did you go about it and is there a video?
Thank youđ€. To answer your question, no I haven't. But I've had clients without a middle part and I've created one for them. What I did was... if new Locs, comb it out to create the center part... if mature locs, cut what I needed from one loc and add to another. The next time I do one, I'll be sure to record and share.
@@EnToiBeauty Thanks for responding so quickly! Iâm looking forward to the video.đ

Great job! What size did you use on the tool to make these squares? Small, medium or large. Sorry if you said it in the video.
No worries... medium
Great Job! I have grown my hair in top to 4.5 inches.. do you recommend interlocs with this length and what would you charge?? i have the sides and back cut .. just need the top done.. pls advise??? ty!
That's definitely enough hair to interlock. With that length, other locking methods would work too. Cost varies depending on length, density and size of head (or area to be locked).
Ordered my tool today
Awesome!
great video
Glad you enjoyed itđ„°
Hi I really liked your step-by-step method. How long did it take to do her hair? How much do you charge and Where can I get the interlocking tool you use?
Tool www.freedominbeauty.com/nuloxx-tool
Took 8 hours to install
Price depends on length and technique
Thanks for your great video! Where can I purchase the tool?
You're welcome! Link is in the description.
You're work is amazing. Did you see any difference with this install using the NuLoxx Tool vs any other tool?
Thank you! No, I didn't see a different in the technique. The tool did give me a cleaner part than the SL tool and it rotated less due to its shape. But no difference in the overall look of the locs.
Is there much of a price difference between microlocs and sisterlocks because my loctician charges the same price for both.
Beautiful..
Thank youđđđ
Do you have to do interlocking with microlocs?
I watched your video on Tik Tok and rushed out and bought the tool. I needed it to retighten and I haven't gotten the grip to put the hair into the slit. The video went so fast that I couldn't get the way you put the hair to tighten. I'm not going to give up but I love the tool.

I want sisterlocks and I wanted to do it myself do you have a class or video that will help me do the grid the right way and I wanted the small ones I believe it's size 1/8 in or the 1/4in
However my hair comes to my shoulder and the middle is thin so I did want to add hair. In your professional opinion should I add hair when I start or should I first do my installment then go back and add length with hair?.
So that's 2 things can you teach me how to do a grind for 1/8 &1/4in sisterlocks?
And can I use that nuxx loc tool (green) to do my own hair. I already got the sisterlock tool that they give after you become certified. Please respond I really love your work.
Thanks

Hello. I have a GridLoc Course you can take that will help you determine number of rows, locs, ect for the desired size you want. Here the link the courses, and just select GridLoc entoibeauty.com/courses-%26-workshops
As for the extensions, I would wait. Keep in mind, extension only provide length and not volume.
If you have the sisterlocks tool, you don't need to get the nuloxx tool. But if you want to use it to assist with parting because of the line marks on there, then you can.
Would love to see an update on this beauty đ

Hi, How long was the install? An hour for parting and how long for the actual install? I have the same tool. I use it for sizing & parting. I am having a hard time using for reti, any tips?
It was 7 hours for the actual interlocking part (total 8 hours with parting). this video shows how I use the tool czcams.com/video/jhq1uyfvCm8/video.html
Is there s difference between microlocs and sisterlocs
I love your work and your ENERGY like your client said. This channel is so informative as well. I want to ask you a question. Is it safe to retighten locs while they're bone dry? Like no water misting or anything. Just dry.
Aww, thank youđ„°đ„°đ„°. Yes, completely safe to retighten locs dry. For me, personally like it wet or damp when I'm getting mine retighten đ. I'm not tenderheaded but I prefer damp.

@@EnToiBeauty very nice job! I noticed you said it took 8 hrs, but why does some others take longer? Does it depend on hair density? Also, what's the difference between sisterlocs and microlocs, because they look the same to me.
I need the tools..How can I get them?
@@valnaviawalker2657 the length of time to install depends on the individual speed, length of hair and size of Locs. If I were doing sisterlocks, it probably would have taken me 16 hours because it would be more locs (about 400-500 locs). She has less than 300 locs so less time

Will/can you show an update of her hair locked? I would like to see how it turned out especially as it pertains to the volume. Btw..I like the advice you give in your content.

I love your channel! Do you have any videos on how to start the loc using the loc tool you use? Also, how to reattach a tiny/mirco loc with that tool...if possible?
I don't have a video yet for reattachment but I don't use the green tool for reattachment or to start the loc. I use my fingers to start the loc and when I get close to the scalp, I use the tool. And I a crochet needle to reattach locs.
