Found your videos just 2 weeks ago. So pleased with narrators' pronunciation and clarity. Also properly formed sentences.

The boat you are showing is a Welsh Corricle. The Irish Currach is longer with a pointed front.

interesting about the Fardier is the fact it was based on a threewheeled cart from the campine region in what is nowadays Belgium! that cart type got popular in other regions in Belgium and northern france by the late 1700's as it was practical and could bare heavy loads... the front wheel was steerable and followed the horses or ox that pulled the cart.

    #12, #8, #7, #6, and #4 are far from "ancient". A diving bell is not a submarine, so #1 isn't "ancient" either.

A picture of the ancient world, where once strange and unique means are recreated. Ancient chariots appear, bearing the mark of creativity and strangeness.
The main character, a researcher in the history of transportation, sets foot in an enchanting world of discovery. From ancient jungle vehicles to unique sea vehicles, he embarks on a magical journey to uncover the mysteries behind these vehicles.
Each medium is a separate story, an expression of the creativity and exploratory spirit of ancient humans. Not only was he amazed by the richness and variety of these vehicles, but he also felt stimulated and interested in learning about how they were used in the past.
However, not all are perfect stories. During his journey, the researcher faces difficulties and dangers, from overcoming harsh terrain to learning about the decline and loss of these ancient vehicles.
But behind every obstacle is a new story, and with each means of discovery, the researcher finds himself further immersed in a world full of oddities and intrigue, where history and creativity create interference to create the most magical and unique things.

Couple of things, #12 La Marquis. One of its innovative features was a cloth roof... So why didn't you show one?
#9 Minoan ships, distinguished by the use of natural building materials, as opposed to all the other ships that were built using synthetic materials like fiberglass?🤔 Hey if I'm wrong, I'm wrong but back then, weren't all building materials natural?

  • @bob_greene

I believe Minoans and probably Vikings originated from the Phoenicians (from Japheth's line); Greeks also probably either came from these bloodlines or @ least interacted w/ those people considering the boat design similarities
