History; This helicopter was noted on air tests by Eurocopter France in Marignane registered as F-WWXK till May 2018.
The helicopter became then registered in Austria to Heli Austria GmbH as OE-XIE with Mode-S Hex: 44030E in May 2018 where it is used mainly for external transportation where the load is hung under the helicopter using special equipment such as a sling and cargo hook from Onboard Systems. The routine and experience gained over the years guarantees smooth transport to the destination.
Television broadcasts of sports events, car races, marathons, or bicycle races would be unthinkable today without the use of helicopters, whether as a relay station or as a camera platform.
