SillyFreak101 she would delegate that so it is done in a legally correct way. At her level I am sure her manager has explained to her that she needs to do all hiring, firing and contracts through the manager and the entertainment lawyer. There’s no way her team allows her to potentially get into labor law trouble by terminating someone incorrectly. But it is more likely that the stylist was freelance and just not booked again for another contract to supply for a certain period of time or number of events...
