A whole bunch of Xevious this time, let's begin with:
00:00:25 Xevious 3D/G - The 3D version of Xevious, played on medium but still very tough.
00:24:35 Xevious Arrangement - Port of the arcade Xevious that is to be found on the Namco Classics Collection Volume 1 arcade machine.
00:44:44 Xevious Arrangement Extra Levels - A couple of more very hard levels.
00:48:05 Super Xevious - The same game as the original Xevious only with more enemies. It is endless (it loops back to level 7 on the point where I stopped playing it).
I didn't played the original Xevious that is also to be found on this CD, because it is the same thing as Super Xevious only with fever enemies.
01:07:11 - Xevious 3D/G - The 3D version of Xevious again, only this time played with Heihachi from Tekken. The only difference is a slightly different ending. -

Oh my gosh ! I have never seen this before. I'm only familiar with the classic arcade Xevious. Totally rocks. Completely deserves a remake like this.
This is a completely overlooked shooter and is one of the very best as far as American PS1 shooters go. Extremely hard to find, though.
Xevious is quite simply my favorite shoot-em-up of all time. And still is.
Wow, I had no idea the Xevious series had this game! I like what I see and I actually want to see it re-released so I can play it!
Brilliant game, love level 6 reminds me of the awesome Silpheed on Mega CD.
22:27 that music is awsome
same as nintendo? 48:19
1:07:18 - Oh it's another run...ok
1:07:20 - What what? XD
1:26:47 - Oh so that was all about for seeing this hidden cutscene? Nice Tekken EasterEgg ^^
There's a chest to play as them in-game and they are super OP
Rarely 2D/3D game conversion go to be better original(he knew how to keep his original qualities, namely the precision of hitboxes and simplicity in gameplay with 2 distinct shots, alternate with bombs in rear plan),remember this one on atari st,I would have liked to see a good 3D conversion of this level with Ikari warriors to example or Gunsmoke(best on Nes for me,better balanced difficulty, best music who deserves to be remastered) created in same period 1984/85/86.
Nintendo should have tried to get this version for the 3ds 3D Classics releases.
this game looks wicked cool.
0:37 amazing
thanks man. Never knew this came out on the psx. They even reused some of the sound effects from the old school original LOL
In the ending, I actually jumped a bit when we blew up GAMP the first time I played this.
this is on sale now on PSN for PS3 for 3 bucks now gonna buy it tonight :)
11:11 this transition gives depth-preception the middle finger 0-0
This game needs a remake.
if mark from CGR would see this game then ... damn ... he would getting the biggest nerdgasm ever . =D this game is just awesome from the bone. =)
Masterful playing.
Game looks incredible on PSP, just rich gfx, great game.
This game has the best music.
this game looks fucking badass
This was such a boss game
i honestly really wish the was a xevious game called "Xevious II"
it would have been so awesome ( like raiden II, alpha mission II, terra cresta II, ect.)
*sobs* why namco? wwwwwwhhhhyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!!
Reminiscent of Xenon , i used to love playing that game
22:49 i always thought that thing was a aircraft
Mad Skillz
I never knew this was a thing
4:40 i think those laser blasts are from the stage 6, named "orareia"
(name credit to xevious fandom wiki of course ;D)
What happens if you don't beat the final boss of Xevious 3D/G on time?
The game then turns into Twinbee. ;-P
The green laser sound effect is very annoying. 7:45
9:55 mini andor genisis lives to terrorize mankind another day

I want to like this game, I really do but the textures and color choices are just so generic.
I do love shmups though.
PixelOutlaw well it is a older ps1 game. What do you expect?
@@back2the80s What i think he mentioned was that there are much better looking PS1 shumps like G-Darius, Raycrisis, Raystorm, etc. However, in terms of gameplay, Xevious is worth to play!
1:20 andor genussis
