- On our 8th day of bikepacking across the Czech Republic, we leave Český Krumlov in the direction of Jindřichův Hradec. We take a transfer to Nové Hrady, stop at a museum dedicated to the Iron Curtain, and ride through the beautiful region known as Czech Canada.

really nice place for bikers is "Brdy" :) and here is one super beatiful place "Padrťské rybníky" big part of Brdy was military area until 2015 so there is "untached nature" also you can visit "atom museum"...this is bunker from komunism era, in this bunkers was nuclear weapons and only Soviet soldiers...no one from people who live nearby dont know about it and if someone start war...ehm no comment :) (I live 10 km from this place in little village with best fireman sport team in CZ) if you will be in Czech rep. next time...you must go there!
