Have you ever tried the Hyderabadi Spot idli? Spot Idli is a famous street food from Hyderabad. Spot idli is a unique dish in the sense, it does not require to be steamed in a mould. Spot idli is made on a tawa with a onion tomato masala. And that is what gives the
Spot Idli a unique flavour and a crisp texture on the underside. The spot idli is flavoured with mulagapudi or gunpowder, also known as idli podi for a unique flavour.
Spot idli can be a perfect breakfast recipe or a tea time recipe too.
