I just looked that up, first time I ever heard of the Marq. Looked at the Marq Commander Gen2... Holy shit that's an insane watch. Here I thought 4-6 days was pretty good for a battery. The Marq has 16 days or 21 days with power saving mode. 👀
Everyone is talking trash about this watch. It is ugly and an Apple copy, but man, this watch looks amazing on the wrist. It definitely gives a better look than the Apple Watch Ultra. It looks like some classic, old-school watch with modern technology.
Samsung had the Samsung Sport watch way before the Apple watch. Look at the sport. This Samsung Ultra is a beefier version of the sport.
Every brand copies each other It is what it is even their new buds 3 Pro the Apple design was superior and they're using it there's nothing wrong with that Apple's new software roll out this September is copying Android in a thousand ways It is what it is It's... where all the better for it as consumers I'm super excited for this watch!

This watch style is perfect in every way, I wouldn't change anything. I have already ordered mine on the 10th. Thank you for a great review in such a short time. You explain things in such a clear and crisp way, speaking at a nice slow pace, also going into great detail. What a star. I'm looking forward to more in debth reviews, tips, tricks, etc.
It's nice, but I think the silver and black are more versatile without the orange marks on the bezel.
Easy fix as they always release bezel cover film and I like that darker color best

I am sticking with my order for the Titanium Grey but I'm a bit annoyed because at Samsung's website, the Titanium Grey looks a lot lighter in color when it's practically black. I was about to cancel the order and reordering the Titanium Silver instead but I'm not keen on the two tone design (I have no interest for the white)

I'm considering not upgrading because I love the rotating bezel so much on the classic 6
YIKES I thought my 44m watch 6 was big on my wrist. As a woman with a smaller wrist, I cant see myself buying this one. The watch ultra does look pretty.

Apple Watch owner and fan but I'll definitely be buying this too. Only issue now is I'm completely torn with which colour to get. Love the Titanium Gray and orange one like in this video but thinking the Titanium Silver might be a better choice as it will go better with different coloured bands and I like to change them around a lot 🤷🏻♂️
I agree ! Titanium silver will be the best option. That's the one I ordered. It has the less orange 🍊 details, with it being only on the button and will go best with ANY other band, which is the first thing I would change to make it look even better and fancier. I'd get a stainless steel band because these rubber ones are ugly .
This color looks cheap and like a toy .. and it's because of so much orange. The white one looks nice but also more like a toy and not expensive.

Same coming from a 5 Pro. I wasn't sure I wanted to get rid of it as it's served me extremely well and has great battery life. But this one looks premium where I never liked the look of the 5 Pro.
Take note this Ultra has the same battery size as the 5 Pro watch.

Great Review and Demo Saki. This watch is definitely awesome and capable of tons of features. Although one feature is missing that i wished it had, it's the Rotating BEZEL. But overall this is a GREAT Watch. 😁👍

Samsung will email you the shipping label and the date they have to receive the watch.

I've always been a rugged watch fan, this one definitely has that look.
I had a watch 6 and decided to upgrade. I use the s23 ultra unlocked and my setup didn't proceed quite as described probably due to the older phone. I had to go into connections to manually pair up. Putting on the bands were fun because my hands shake (I'm 80). Turning the watch face down made it easier (the slide under banding on the 6 was somewhat tricky). For me, the gestures don't work well and manually trying to read O2 keeps asking me to move watch further up my wrist; much further and it's on my ear! When it does its own thing, I get reasonable readings. Some watch faces I bought for the 6 took some time to settle in and be usable (to be fair, it took a couple days to work with my 6 as well). All in all, I do like it and feel that when we get comfortable with each other, things will settle down.
On flashlight, can you cover the screen to turn off like previous watches?

Thanks for the extra $50 off link, wife ordered the 7 LTE 45mm, trading in a 3. She really likes the 3 and seriously looked at the Ultra, for battery life. The watchband options on the aftermarket is going to be limited for awhile and the $price is $300 more than the seven at the moment, so 7+ it is with a slight increase in battery size. Nice video

hey @sakitech good overview, I would have liked to hear the sound and volume levels and quality. Play some music, a voice call, alarms and notifications and that emergency siren. Some insight to the watches DB levels and clarity with music and conversation would be nice if possible. Also I am interested in the charging puck: Its speed and compatibility with any other other products that are out already. I am aware that it will not work with Samsung's Powersharing. Can you charge the watch on older battery banks, portable and desktop chargers? Will they be slower? Due to improper alignment or spacing will they generate extra heat? Thanx for your video and look forward to the next one.

I upgrade my watch every year. I have two generations of watches. Every year I give up the oldest generation this year I gave up the watch 5 pro, I got $350 off plus the $50 for pre-ordering and a military discount. I can't remember how much the military discount was so I won't give an amount.
In the months between, be careful not to miss the new ear pods which will go with the new foldable. With the new tablets, it's great to read the tips and tricks on the new Samsung notebooks 😂

I wonder ifnyou can turn the lte antenna off. Doesn't that usually drain the battery if the antenna is constantly searching for a signal?

Thank you for mentioning 2 things that hardly any reviewer has mentioned: (1) this is an LTE watch (Samsung website also mentions it. It is NOT optional LTE and (2) the 10 ATM rating is only for 10 minutes. One cannot keep it submerged even in a swimming pool for longer than 30 min due to its IP 68 rating)
I already lost a Galaxy Watch 4 Classic because I was in swimming pool for an hour and water seeped in. The Samsung Care + did not help. Samsung asked me to pay $ 147 to repair the watch.
You have missied some things: you can configure touchscreen if two-finger tapped, to tell hour by haptic sensor (for sight impaired people).
Can you please comment on Blood pressure monitor, it was briefly stated but no one is talking about it.
It should come with a nice stand charger for that outrageous price.
How long are the watch bands? Jw in the past the ones that came with the watches were always too small?
