LivingBobby Bobby, if you’re reading this I’d recommend visiting Portugal. Mainly Lisbon, it’s well known for its food and architecture. If you do end up going I recommend you try the “pastel de nata” it’s a bakery good and it’s amazing. I can recommend more stuff if you’re interested.

Definitely prefer to dip my own fries rather than have chef load up the sauces. The sauce to fry ratio is very important and can be overdone. That was a fun video Bobby!

Bobby trust me I lived in Belgium for a year and I have to tell you their fries are the best the story of origin it's actually interesting Americans seen it Belgium but in wallon Which is french speaking part of Belgium and when returning home to US they Sayed they are french. Plus their are thick because they fry it 2-3 times at different temperatures to make sure it's nice and crispy outside but moist inside. Best sauces in my opinion is Andalusian and samurai they are absolutely fantastic samurai a bit spicy also the mayo has a bit of lemon which gives it a different taste. I miss that country so much
